TPS Promotions & Incentives (“TPS P&I”) is an official provider of Toyota-branded merchandise.

TPS P&I will accept returns or exchanges for products in their original packaging and condition, provided that the customer notifies TPS P&I Customer Care by phone or email of its intent to return or exchange the item within 30 days from customer’s receipt of the item.
For returns and exchanges, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipments, except where the product is damaged or defective. Where a claim is made that a product is damaged or defective, TPS P&I will: (i) arrange for the return of the product via pre-paid shipping; (ii) inspect the product; and, (iii) advise the customer if the return is accepted as damaged or defective within 3 business days of receipt. If the product is deemed by TPS P&I to be damaged or defective, TPS P&I shall, at the customer’s option, replace the product or provide a full refund. In the event that a customer elects to receive a replacement but the item is no longer available, a suitable alternative will be offered where possible. Where the customer prefers to be provided with a replacement, TPS P&I will ship the replacement within 2 business days at TPS P&I’s expense. Where the customer prefers a refund, a refund will be credited against the original form of payment within five (5) business days, unless the original form of payment was a mytoyotastyle.ca Gift Card and, in such case, the amount of the mytoyotastyle.ca Gift Card will be credited to customer’s mytoyotastyle.ca account.
GIFT CARD TERMS & CONDITIONS
By using your myToyotastyle.com gift card (a “Gift Card”) you agree to the terms and conditions set out below which govern the use of the Gift Card by you or anyone else who holds or uses it.
Gift Card Purchases:
Gift Cards are issued and supplied by 2390319 Ontario Limited (“TPS P&I”), with a registered address at 351 Steelcase Road West, Unit 1, Markham, Ontario L3R 4H9. Gift Cards may be redeemed only the items offered for sale on www.mytoyotastyle.com (the “website”). Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase additional Gift Cards or to make purchases with, or payments to, Toyota Canada Inc. (“Toyota”) or any other Toyota-affiliated company. Gift Cards have no cash value. Unless otherwise required by law or permitted by this agreement, any amount on your Gift Card is non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash.
Value on Gift Card in Canadian Dollars:
Gift Cards are issued in fixed denominations. Value cannot be added to your Gift Card at any time. All Gift Cards are issued exclusively in Canadian dollars for redemption exclusively on the website. Gift Cards do not automatically guarantee the purchase of any item on the website.
Fees and Expiration of Gift Card Balances:
There are no fees for the issuance, activation, or use of your Gift Card. The Gift Card has no expiration date.
Gift Card holders will not receive statements of itemized transactions or account balances. Gift Card holders can confirm the balance on a Gift Card by calling customer care at 1-877-387-7226 or by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. Gift Cards are not for resale.
Billing Errors, Corrections:
We reserve the right to correct the balance of your Gift Card if we believe that a clerical, billing or accounting error has occurred.
Liability for Unauthorized Transactions:
Because your Gift Card is used like cash for purchases from the website, you are responsible for all transactions associated with the Gift Card, including unauthorized transactions.
Lost or Stolen Cards:
Neither Toyota nor TPS P&I will be responsible for lost or stolen Gift Cards, or for Gift Cards redeemed without your permission.
The use of a Gift Card is governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario; however, you may have other rights, which vary by jurisdiction. Residents of Quebec are governed by that province’s consumer protection legislation. These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
TPS P&I reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time, without notice.
